This truly spacious holiday home is a superb place for a family holiday, retreat, corporate team build or hen party. It has been created from an original long barn converted and extended by addition of a contemporary bedroom wing; a leisure complex including indoor swimming pool, a sauna and a luxurious single storey annexe with fully disabled access. Marris Barn is a superb place for a holiday at any time of the year and will please the most discerning visitors. The design allows the barn to be fully sustainable using solar power and ground source energy. Surrounded by the beautiful rolling green hillsides of the Wolds there is an extensive footpath network leading to quiet unspoilt villages, rural inns and the National cycle route is just 2 miles distant. Lincolnshire is a beautiful county with a sense of antiquity and boasts an unrivalled selection of locally produced foods. Why not book an outside caterer for a truly special celebratory meal? From the ground floor link room there are steps down to the leisure suite with changing room/WC/sauna and indoor swimming pool, mini-kitchen area/bar for making hot and cold drinks with a fridge, sink and slimline dishwasher, and games room with 2nd large TV, pool table, table tennis and dart board. There are bi-fold doors lead to a east facing terrace and french doors leading to a south-facing terrace with a hot tub and BBQ. There is wheelchair access to the ground floor of the main barn via a ramp adjacent to the steps to the main door.

1 Bedroom. a single storey spacious building specially commissioned for disabled access, however a romantic retreat for any couple. Garden room with french doors to the terrace, beautiful open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room. Bedroom with twin 3' zip and link beds making a 6' double on request. Ensuite very large bathroom/WC with additional wet room section. A smooth ramped pathway links this accommodation with the main barn. Please note that there are low beams that may be restrictive for some hoists (please contact for more information if required).
