Little Walk Cottage sits on the edge of the Thorganby Hall farmyard with delightful views through adjacent woodland to our lake and the rolling farmyard beyond. It is a superbly converted brick and pantile range of stables, incorporating original features and garden room. The cottage has its own driveway and plenty of garden space, including a terrace with a garden table, chairs and a brick barbecue. The garden is not fenced, there is ample parking and no passing traffic. Pets by arrangement for an additional small charge, with a maximum of two. Seasonal trout fishing by arrangement and of the owner's tennis court. Woodland walks and access to the local footpath network.
Little walk cottage sleeps 4 and is ideal for a family. One double bedroom with 6' bed, one twin bedroom (double by arrangement). Bathroom with bath, basin, W.C. and heated towel rail. Separate shower room with basin and W.C.
Open plan kitchen/dining/living room leading to Garden Room and adjacent terrace overlooking the woods and the lake beyond. Stone floors with rugs throughout with carpeted bedrooms. Wood burning stove (logs supplied). Oil fired central heating. High quality furnishings and interior design. Fully equipped kitchen – electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier. In the living area, there is a colour TV, video and DVD (due to new regulations please bring your own DVD's), radio/CD player, WiFi, local information and ample reading material. Barbecue (charcoal) and garden furniture are available for use on the terrace. There is also generous parking beside the property. All bed linen and towels provided. Cot and high chair on request.

Humberside Airport 15 miles/20 mins drive. Doncaster/Sheffield Airport 1 hour drive. Main line rail connections with Newark (35 miles/1 hour drive) via Market Rasen (12 miles/20 mins) and Doncaster (40 miles/1 hour 10 mins) via Barnetby (15 miles/25 mins). Motorways to North via M180 (15 miles/20 mins) to M18 North to M62/A1 or South to M1. A1 at Newark (45 miles/ 60 mins), South to London and M11/M25 etc.
