An absolutely stunning barn and facilities. Ten of us celebrated Pop's 70th Birthday. The bedrooms are luxurious, the open plan living space is functional and Grandma and Pops loved being across the road in The Wagon Shed! The grandkids (aged 7, 5, 4 and 3) loved the swimming pool and spent many many hours in it. On the two brighter days we did a local walk and visited the beach at Mablethorpe - fantastic! We loved walking to the local 'The Click'em Inn', but found the quiz of a harder nature than what we are used to! Overall, a stunning week in an amazing location. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will remember it for a long time.

I have enjoyed a ground-breaking, outstanding and phenomenal stay at Marris Barn. Every little thing has an amazing twist of significance. The view and location are both absolutely impeccable. One day, i hope to buy this place. Marris Barn has been a delight to stay at, and i would rate it 15/10!

What a wonderful week we have had here! We were delighted to find everything we could possibly think of needing - thank you for being so thoughtful and considerate about what you provide in this lovely place! Everyone from 17 months to 84 years had a fantastic time - there was something to please all tastes. It has been everything we hoped it would be, and more. Here's hoping we can find an excuse to come back...!

'Wow' what a fantastic place!!! An honour and privilege to be the first visitors to this absolutely wonderful cottage. From the moment you open the front door and look out on the view ahead you know it's going to be a good stay! Again Emma and James exceeding expectations. We will be back.

Thank you....Sarah and I fell in love from the moment we stepped foot in 'Beach Cottage', beautifully refurbished with charm and quality. Seemingly everything has been thought of, and in great detail. We have had the best weekend here and dreamed our way from sunrise to sunset! With front row seats, in bed for moonrise then sunrise over the sea, bright stars and the calming energies of the waves, we will remember our time here for a long, long time. It goes without saying we would love to return X Breathtaking Lincolnshire paradise.

In the early 1950's my grandparents had the foresight to purchase a caravan at Anderby Creek and for the next 50 years one remained in our family ensuring that we maintained a lifelong love of this very special place. I harboured childhood thoughts of how marvellous it must be to stay in one of the houses overlooking the sea, and now that dream has finally come true! On entering the spectacular Beach Cottage and seeing the magnificent views I was reduced to tears and wept for five minutes as it was all so perfect. So a massive thank you, James and Emma, for making my wish come true, and to my wonderful husband for such a thoughtful way to celebrate my 60th Birthday - at Anderby Creek Gem of the East Coast - an absolute diamond!

We stayed for a relaxing break in January 2019 and had a lovely stay at this beautiful coastal retreat. We were lucky with the weather and had nice walks and fish & chips at Waldos! The cottage is well appointed and superbly located right by the beach and is the perfect size for 2 people and a little dog. We really can't fault our stay at Beach Cottage and would highly recommend to anyone considering a peaceful break on the East Coast. We will be back later in the year when the weather is warmer to make the most of the outside space and enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony...

A superb set of buildings that are exceptionally well appointed, the staff were really friendly and efficient from initial booking through to returning our deposit. Everything you could need was considered - we were a multigenerational party and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Holiday utopia hidden away in the un-spoilt Lincolnshire Wolds.
The view from Little Walk Cottage is truly magical!
With the ravine in the woodland and the buzzards circling above, the Lincoln Reds grazing on the grasses, the trout-lake with it's geese, ducks and heron and the rolling plains of arable stretching to the horizon is a real eyeful.
The October sunshine was un-seasonally warm and the sunsets and the full moon a real bonus.
Fly-fishing on the lake provided several hours of therapy along with great results and I can highly recommend it to kindred fisherman.
The Cottage is spacious and airy with it's conservatory and doors opening on to the terrace and yet warm and cosy on a night with the wood-burner and the living kitchen space.
Everything was there kitchen-wise with complimentary wine and milk, along with plenty of logs and the heating is very efficient.
The bathrooms are well appointed and the bedrooms are very spacious.
It has been a very memorable stay and we are looking forward to our next visit.

What’s Beach Cottage like?
It’s the perfect coastal hideaway. This stylish fisherman’s cottage is right next to Lincolnshire Coastal Park and just steps from a beautiful, unspoilt beach. Enjoy spectacular sea views by day then cosy up in front of the wood burner at night. The cottage – one of the properties owned by Thorganby Hall Holiday Lettings – has been featured in several national newspapers and magazines. It can sleep four, but is the perfect romantic retreat for two.
How dog-friendly is Beach Cottage?
One dog is allowed per booking for an extra charge of £25. Bowls are provided, but you’ll have to remember to bring your own beds, treats and toys.
