These retreats are based on a foundation of Yoga and Nutrition and Mindset and provide a wealth of information, practises and massage treatments that are empowering and fun.

Important as well, you will to go home with a tool box of lifestyle knowledge and the confidence and enthusiasm to use these within your everyday life.

Retreats can be organised for a one day experience or up to 3 days (a break down of suggested programmes can be discussed and provided). For the longer retreats, cookery demonstrations on healthy meals can be organised.
