Little Walk Cottage and Marris Cottage:
Bookings will only be confirmed on the payment of £100 deposit. Full payment is due four weeks prior to the start of your holiday, failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your booking, to allow the cottage to be re-let.
Bookings will only be confirmed on the payment of a £500 deposit. Full payment is due eight weeks prior to the start of your holiday together with a £200 refundable damage deposit, failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your booking, to allow the barn to be re-let.
Due to ill-health or unforeseen circumstances, we must be notified as soon as possible so that the cottage or barn can be re-let. If successfully re-let your full payment will be returned less deposit.
Please note: the cottage or barn will be ready at 4pm on the day of arrival. You can expect kitchen essentials such as milk, butter, coffee and tea. If you have a rough idea of your arrival time, please notify us, so that greeting arrangements can be made. Please see individual property pages for travel directions. We ask that you please vacate by 10am that morning to allow the cleaners to do their work.
5. Damage to property:
We provide a meticulous service, so please report any damages so that the next guest can appreciate the cottage at its best. Guests are liable for the cost of replacements and repairs. Guests are also liable for any pet damage to the cottage.
We take every care to assess and ensure the property is a safe environment and accept our duty of care to our guests, however each guest has his/her own duty of care for their own safety. We encourage you to be respectful and responsible at all times.
We regret there is a no smoking at all times, pets by arrangement only.
