The Stable Wing, Thorganby Hall offers a high quality self-catering two storey apartment (sleeps 1-4 people) with beautiful views of the Lincolnshire Wolds. It has a private entrance independent of the main Hall. It is available to rent from one single night up to six months. It is ideally suited to single business people working away from home. Ample car parking is available adjacent to the apartment. The Stable Wing is fully centrally heated. Hot water and central heating controls can be set by the guest.
Bedroom one is a spacious double bedroom with 6' zip and link bed, equipped with TV and broadband connection. A second bedroom is available at certain times of the year, which can either be double or twin bedded. The bathroom has an extra large bath and spacious shower. The sitting room is equipped with a TV, DVD, CD and WIFI broadband. There is a woodburning stove which is heated with logs supplied free of charge from our own farm.
Our modern fully fitted kitchen is newly fitted and the seperate utility room is supplied with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. The table seats 4 - 6 and would double up as a meeting room. Either cook in the spacious kitchen or don't cook and we will fill your fridge and larder with breakfast items. Our village boasts a country pub and there is ample information in the apartment on local places to eat.
Although the Stable Wing is set in private grounds there is a seating area for the summer months which faces West and catches all the afternoon and evening sun.
Working from Home - The bedroom and sitting room have desks with ample room for your lap top, with Broadband internet access. There is a printer and paper supplied by us on the desk in the downstairs sitting room. A landline telephone is there for your use.
We supply a hairdryer and bathrobes, all towels and linen are also included.

Humberside Airport 15 miles/20 mins drive. Doncaster/Sheffield Airport 1 hour drive. Main line rail connections with Newark (35 miles/1 hour drive) via Market Rasen (12 miles/20 mins) and Doncaster (40 miles/1 hour 10 mins) via Barnetby (15 miles/25 mins). Motorways to North via M180 (15 miles/20 mins) to M18 North to M62/A1 or South to M1. A1 at Newark (45 miles/ 60 mins), South to London and M11/M25 etc.

Hall Farm Conservation began with the development of Little Walk Cottage, a conversion of a redundant stable. Marris Cottage, a small brick and pantile former shepherd's cottage was added to the portfolio in 2009. The Stable Wing was prepared for business only lets in 2010, it has a wonderful view, but no garden. Marris Barn, our flagship property, began letting in July 2012. It's renovation was grant assisted by RDPE funds from DEFRA.
